Job Title: Executive Trainee - Sales

Department: Sales
CTC: 5 Lakhs + Local Conveyance when on field
Place of Posting: Any Sales Territory across India
Role First 6 Months
Handling of Project / specific Assignments under a guide

Role - Next 6 Months - Sales


1. To achieve Sales figures as per Target given.
2. Identify new Dealers / Distributor, Appoint New Dealers, Handholding of New
Dealers
3. Increase width and depth of distribution by increasing reach and adding more
dealers / distributors to our network
4. Map high end dealers and retail counters to enhance sales
5. Market mapping for New Towns and existing towns
6. Ensure 30 days cycle and payments of dealers.
7. Ensure collection of over dues
8. Collection of C Forms and other forms as per norms of the company
9. Balance confirmation for all parties monthly basis
10. Issue credit notes and other dealer payouts by 15th of every month
11. To ensure proper adherence of Sales Processes
12. Submit Personal Journey Plan (PJP)
13. Submit Daily Sales Report (DSR)
14. Submit MIS with Competitor information
