Practicum Work Plan (In development for the course of 200 hours)
Goals & Objectives:
Increase and elaborate on already existing leadership skills (Personal KPIs)-utilize the
knowledge and experience of my site supervisor/mentor. Allowing her knowledge to help
distinguish my own leadership style.

Develop a cohesive interview/onboarding process for potential new hires. Creating a plan
from start to finish to allow for a flowing transition throughout the hiring process into the
environment of the DF Wound Care Clinic.
Gain reparable connections within the leadership spectrum of the UofM Health System.
