Dear Families, Congratulations! Your student has been selected to participate in this years STEM Club. Listed below are the dates the club meets. It will be necessary for students to be present at all meetings because they will be collaborating in teams to complete challenges that will culminate into a final presentation on the evening of December 16, 2015 for our Family S.T.E.M. Night. If you know now that your child will need to miss more than one meeting, we ask that you reconsider their participation in the club at this time. Additionally, the students will have an official change in dismissal for the dates listed below. All staff members involved will know that your child will be staying after school for every date listed below. If you discover that your child CAN NOT stay after school on any of these dates, you must provide written documentation of their dismissal procedure, stating they will not be staying for STEM club but will instead be dismissed by: . Finally, please be prompt in picking up your child at the front of the school at 5:00 p.m. All students must be picked up no later than 5:05 p.m. (as there will be no available staff members available to provide supervision after that time). If families are having difficulties with adhering to the pick-up times, we may need to reconsider the students participation in the club for that time being. We are looking forward to our very first meeting next Wednesday, September 30, 2015!
