EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

A. Name of Firm

The proposed name of the business will be FAIRYS HAVEN, which will
accommodate mostly students from MSU-IIT.

B. Location and Operating Area

The new dormitory will be constructed on a vacant parcel at the front of

Blue House Dormitory along the barangay road adjacent to Jollibee Tibanga
branch located at Purok II, Canaway, Tibanga, Iligan City. The place will be built
just meters away from the convenience stores and MSU-IIT Campus.

C. Brief Description of the Project

1. History

A profound research of the residency of the students of MSU-IIT, many of

its population based on gathered information are from different places, like
Surigao del Sur, Surigao City, Zamboanga City, Agusan del Sur, Davao Region

and the like. Considering the mere fact that students coming from those places
dont have place to stay, we arrived in this kind of study because a dormitory, a
place to stay, is one of the basic needs of students.

2. Nature of the Business

The Fairys Haven, by its name, will be engaged in providing bed spaces
for female students especially those who are not living within the city. It will
be spacious and comfortable for every occupant for just a minimum rate.
Aside from accommodating long term of stay, it will also accept transient
boarders.
