Terry,
Would you please share pass along to the kindergarten team my appreciation for all the work they
have done to vision, create, and implement the integrated curriculum. It was clear from the response of
BOE members that they were excited about this new initiative and appreciated the work of our staff.
Following the meeting, Dr. Weast was very complimentary of the work of the team and described the
IC as "world-class". I have also heard many compliments from teachers and principals. Among the
positive comments, they have shared that their planning has been made "easier" and more "exciting"
with the availability of this new resource.

The team has exemplified the OCIP core values of Equity, Innovation, Collaboration, and
Communication. I know at times the work has been stressful and overwhelming, but the result for our
students, teachers, and principals is wonderful. Thanks for your leadership and the work of each team
