Gamers Club; Officers & Duties

Requirements
1. Officers must be present at all meetings
2. All officers are nominated by the Sponsor, and seconded by a member of the
club, and ratified (‘all in favor’) by all the membership. Nominees must have
proven themselves worthy in both their academic performance and in how
they work with others, which means the Sponsor must have had some contact
with you in the past.

Sponsor Mr. Earle

President

Duties:
a. Conduct all club meetings
a. Must consult all other officers, including the Sponsor, to see
needed topics for discussion.
b. After call to order, first to speak unless yielded to the Sponsor.
b. Liaison to Administration if needed
c. Oversee club t-shirt design and budget

Vice President

Duties:
a. Call the meetings to order
a. Maintain discipline
d. Keep track of attendance at door, help maintain focus of group
e. Setup and oversee Club Draft Day
f. Help the President and Sponsor set up systems before the meeting

Promotion Officer

Duties
a. Collect club t-shirt design submissions and present to other officers
and sponsor.
b. Keep bulletin board updated with notices and upcoming events
Webpage Officer

Duties
a. Maintain and promote Forum for posting and discussing club gaming
interests.
b. Work with the Promotion Officer to set up scrims/LAN parties.
