    administration. The function of an administration advice not and of operating as a group of
    administration consultants, but to govern efficient the company, there are advantages. The
    advices decide for what it serves the company (Creating values for the shareholders, without
    neglecting of the stakeholders) and which the company will do (to produce or to market
    products and services) for you give to specify processes of strategies and control. Then, Very
    important to have board of directors in the companies and we also needed in HCB, not just of
    engineers simply to drive the company. The functions are totally different, so much that in HCB
    the structure shareholder points for 85% for Companhia eléctrica of Zambeze and 15% for the
    Portuguese government and it is commanded by Dr. Paulo Muxanga.
