Human resource management (HRM) is the strategic and coherent approach to the
management of an organization's most valued assets - the people working there who
individually and collectively contribute to the achievement of the objectives of the
business. The terms "human resource management" and "human resources" (HR) have
largely replaced the term "personnel management" as a description of the processes
involved in managing people in organizations. In simple sense, HRM means employing
people, developing their resources, utilizing, maintaining and compensating their services
in tune with the job and organizational requirement.

HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT IN FUTURESOL

Identification initiatives.

4. Provide active support in the selection of Recruitment agencies which meet the
corporate standard. Ensure Corporate Branding in recruitment webs and advertisements.

Computer software is a general term used to describe a collection of programs procedures


and documentation that perform the task on a computer system. Software can be thought
of as the variable part of a computer.

MS Office 2007
Microsoft Office, also known as MS Office, is a popular software suite featuring many
desktop publishing programs. It comes with everything that may come into use in a
classic office setting, hence the name. Computer users have the option of several different
Microsoft Office suites intended for students, home users, small businesses and

Oracle
Oracle has many advantages and features that makes it popular and thereby makes it as

Database

Database is a collection of logically related files or information for the purpose of


handling or managing specific applications. The major purpose in the use of the database

The Oracle RDBMS stores data logically in the form of tablespaces and physically in the
form of data files. Tablespaces can contain various types of memory segments, such as

Data Segments, Index Segments, etc. Segments in turn comprise one or more extents.
Extents comprise groups of contiguous data blocks. Data blocks from the basic units of
data storage. At the physical level, data files comprise one or more data blocks, where the
block size can vary between data-files.
Oracle database management tracks its computer data storage with the help of
information stored in the SYSTEM tablespace. The SYSTEM tablespace contains the data
dictionary and often (by default) indexes and clusters. A data dictionary consists of a
special collection of tables that contains information about all user-objects in the
database. Since version 8i, the Oracle RDBMS also supports "locally managed"
tablespaces which can store space management information in bitmaps in their own
headers rather than in the SYSTEM tablespace (as happens with the default "dictionary-
managed" tablespaces).

The Internet is emerging as a primary technology platform for electronic commerce.


Equally important, Internet technology is starting to facilitate the management of the rest

Companies always face the different problems in developing the softwares in the
market. In softwares and Web designing companies they face the problem of exact
project requirements. Similarly in FUTURESOL Technology Consultants PVT (LTD)
also face the big problem of not knowing the clients requirements of developing
softwares and web designing. The software companies try to make the software and
designing according to the procedure given by clients, but when the software is
completed it cannot be fulfill all the requirements of organizations thus clients highlight
the problems again in developing softwares and designs. Simply they dont know the
basic requirements of developing the softwares and web designs but it is not the fault of
softwares designers, but is the fault of clients part who are not providing all the
information of softwares and web designs.

provide access to the sensitive information.
