1. Meet the client and gather requirements about the project.
2. Do the Requirement analysis and identify the must have features in the system.
3. To provide a more convenient system we hope to visit Rotherham General Hospital
and study the existing pharmacy system.
4. Identify the software and hardware requirements.
5. We are doing this project using Agile methodology, to provide the system to the user
in a short term with the best solution.
6. So we divide the main system in to main subparts and assign work to team members.
7. We are planning to implement our pharmacy system using Microsoft visual studio 2008
and SQL Server database in a manner with which our client will be benefited in many
ways.
8. Goals
 Higher Accuracy.
 User friendliness.
Completing the Pharmacy system on time with the enhanced features and working as a team
with never changing spirit and devotion will be the particular vision of the project.
