does not need to be publicly available.
Requirements
Design and create a team website which is available for tutor viewing by the deadline
time and day.
Website Contents
o A team profile giving information such as team name, team members, team
identity. Based upon the 60 second presentation.
o A team repository for files collected during the course.
o A private area for each team member
Criteria
Fitness for purpose
o The extent to which the requirements are met
o Within the team’s technical abilities
o With capacity for further development during the module
Application of AGILE management concepts
o Evidence of application of AGILE management methods
o Artefacts may be documents, discussion notes, diagrams.
Stored in the website team area.
Should include a release plan to be signed off by tutors.

Technical excellence is not being measured here
The aim is to start the process of using Agile in a practical situation
It is more important to have a site which can be built up than one which is functionally
or design rich
Hosting and standards are outside the scope of this project
The key AGILE message of “Do the minimum required, no more” applies here.
