Our Mission Statement


The purpose of the National Beta Club shall be to promote the ideals of
character, service and leadership among elementary and secondary school
students, to reward meritorious achievement and to encourage and assist
students in continuing their education after high school.

Vision Statement
The National Beta Club, a student-centered organization, continually develops
and nurtures individuals by providing opportunities and experiences enabling
them to demonstrate the ideals of character, achievement, service and
leadership in a global communication.

IMPORTANT BETA REQUIREMENTS:

Members must have a letter of recommendation from their homeroom


teacher for initial entrance.
There will be only one period for acceptance of new members, which is
the current initial process, per school year.
Students must have and maintain a minimum of 4 – A’s and maximum of
2 – B’s in core academic subject areas. Students must have all S’s in
conduct to remain an active member in this chapter. Grades will be re-
evaluated at the conclusion of the first semester. Those students not
meeting the requirements will have to relinquish their membership (the
fee is non-refundable.)
Students must also demonstrate worthy character and a commendable
attitude for initial and continued membership.
Attendance to meetings and participation with service projects
are required.
