    Abstract:

    Ayurvedic is a traditional Indian medicinal system being practice for thousands


    year. Ayurvedic comprises of various types of medicines including fermented
    forms namely Arishtathe fermented decoction & Asava the fermented infusion.
    This are preparation for plant material & are self generated herbal
    fermentation .Arishta is better than Asava as fermer is light because of boiling.
    process of fermentation requires fermenting micro-organism &earthen pot are
    jar intended for formulation process. Asava & Arishta maintain for good any
    length of & actual medicinal value of preparation is said to increase with time.
