10-11 is average
Everything else in intervals of 2 gives +1/-1 to things involving that stat (attacks, skills, etc)

All classes have a primary stat which the base hit and damage of their class abilities are based on.

Powers
Maximum of 20 Powers per day per character, leveling up or spending in game time (and gold?) allows
you to retrain your chosen skills.
Wizards (and maybe some other arcane spellcasters) can have up to twice as many spells in their
spellbook at a given time as they can cast in a single day.

• For these levels you no longer get all skills from all power levels but instead must pick and
choose.
All powers scale with character level, and are built with the power point buy system. Upon leveling up,
players choose what to spend the power points for each of their spells on.

Base points – 3
Points per level above 1 = equal to level aquired.
Players will also choose one ability that gets 50% extra power points which is known as an ultimate.
Unlearning an ability for a new one requires one week of training and gold expenses equal to character
level times 500 gp. Time cost for ultimate is one month, and gold cost is level times 1000.

Players get 3 abilities at level one and 1 extra one for every 2 levels thereafter.
