    The Dress Fair 2010 event will be held on Friday, August 13, 2010 from 6pm to 8pm at the NBSD Force Ombudsman Office in Bldg #265, located up the hill from the Commissary. Navy spouses are invited to exchange gently worn dresses and gowns with each other for upcoming formal events without spending a lot of money. Spouses can both donate dresses for others or select dresses to take home.
