The Coalition for Imaging and Bioengineering Research (CIBR)


and the Academy of Radiology Research (ARR)
invite you to an educational visit of laboratories engaged in cutting-edge Imaging Research
at the National Institutes of Health (NIH) on Tuesday, September 21st.

Take advantage of this opportunity to see firsthand imaging research performed and supported
by the NIH. This educational visit will emphasize the extraordinary scientific opportunities that
abound in biomedical and imaging research on the NIH campus in Bethesda, Maryland.

The agenda includes an overview of current biomedical and imaging research in the pipeline,
including information on the NIBIB Intramural Research Program.

Date: September 21st


Location: NIH campus, Bethesda, Maryland. Detailed directions will be provided. The
NIH campus is located on the Metro red line, Medical Center station.

This visit is recommended for:


 Congressional staff interested in health care issues
 patient advocacy representatives with an interest in non-invasive imaging technology
 ARR/CIBR member organizations and supporters
