Tonsils were not inflamed. The patient does not have any difficulty in
swallowing.

Patient was not able to speak clearly.

XI. Spinal Accessory Nerve:


He was not able to shrug his shoulders against resistance.

XII. Hypoglossal Nerve:


He was able to protrude his tongue at the mid line and move side to side easily.
