Lamb/Mutton Biriyani Recipe

Ingredients Required:

Lamb - 1Kg
Rice - 1kg
Water- 9 tumblers
Onions - 1/2kg - Very finely chopped slices
Green Chillies - 10-15(depending on how hot u prefer)
Ginger Garlic Paste- 2 table spoons
Tomatoes - 3
Cinnamon - 1-2pcs
Brinji Leaves - 2-3
Mint Leaves - 1/2 Bunch (1/4+1/4)
Coriander Leaves - 1/4 bunch
Yoghurt- 3-4 Table Spoons

Preparation :(using pressure cooking method)

Add required amount of sunflower Oil (If u want it really rich and tasty u can mix 2
spoons of ghee) add Cinnamon, Brinji Leaves
till you get the smell of those  then add onions fry them till u get golden brown colour
then add tomatoes(sliced) & green chillies
Then add bit of ginger garlic paste (2 table spoons) 1/4mint leaves, salt to taste,
Pinch of turmeric powder 
Mix them all wait for 5-10 mins. 
Add yoghurt mix it well then add Lamb/Mutton Pieces (1kg)
For 1kg of rice with 1kg of meat use 9-91/2 tumbler of water
(please check the water according to the type of rice u use)
After 3 whistles, switch the cooker off 
Add 1/4 of mint leaves, some coriander leaves, food colouring (if needed) wait for 2
mins then serve with Raita
