Hobi Kozmetik is a 35 year old company in Turkey
and is one of the market leaders in baby and body care products under ‘Hobby’ and ‘New Era’ brands across 35 countries. The deal has been struck through Dabur’s Dubai- based subsidiary, Dabur International, which has acquired 100 per cent stake in three Hobi group firms – Hobi Kozmetik, Zeki Plastik and Ra Pazarlama.
