OBJECTIVES NURSING INTERVENRIONS

•Treatment

•Observe Signs and Symptoms

Encouraged the patient’s mother to increase oral fluid
intake.
Encouraged the patient’s mother to eat a highly nutritious
food s like fruits and vegetables.
•Spiritual Aspect
Improve spiritual aspect of self being with respect to
