Job Responsibilities

I. Project Planning:

1. Initiate and define complete execution plan for respective projects and propose to
superior for approval, implementation of the project.

2. Plan to ensure timely execution of the plans and margins.

II. Project Execution:

1. Closely co-ordinate with all the functions (Design, Procurement, Site team, Commercial
& logistics).

2. Interaction with suppliers / vendors for materials availability.

3. Monitoring progress of the projects to ensure correct & timely execution of the projects.

III. People Management:

1. Planning for resources requirements for the projects to ensure adequate matching of
resources to demand, train & develop team with required competencies to ensure
availability of right competencies for managing projects.

Setting objectives of the individual employee, conducting timely performance reviews &
feedbacks, participating in ICR process, ensure health & safety of the human beings
involved into the projects.

IV. Project Progress Report:

1. Review and analysis of the ongoing projects, closely monitoring progress of the
projects, communicating and initiating interim action for correction,
prepare project progress report and submit to the superior to ensure correct & timely
execution of the projects, communicate & follow up with the commercial personnel for
invoicing to meet PEC India business objectives.

V. Building Customer Relationship:

Interact with customer in regular intervals, understand their needs and address problems /
issues, acting as a bridge between project manager and the customer in order to
generate customer satisfaction and repeat orders.

VI. Tendering Support :


1. Estimation and costing of bid, understanding terms and condition.

2. Submission of complete Techno-commercial bid to the customer.
