Job Location - Bangalore

1) Responsible for ensuring Security Compliance posture for IT infrastructure. Should have prior
experience in,

- Problem determination and resolution (proactive and reactive)

- Change planning and execution
- Patch management
- Corporate audits & controls
- Server Activation & Deactivation
- Vulnerability Assessment and Contingency Planning
- Risk Identification and Mitigation Planning
- Service Planning & Delivery

2) The employee focuses on individual / team / department operational objectives. Will lead a
team of Delivery Compliance and Controls Administrators.

3) An IT Infrastructure Specialist or a Delivery Manager with one or more of the following skills:
- System Administration of Windows & UNIX Server Infrastructure
- Managed Audit Compliance for Unix and Intel Infrastructure (operating systems and
applications)
- Has prior hands-on experience in performing systems health checks, patch scans,
understanding & reporting deviations and remediating them
- Has implemented IT Infrastructure Projects independently or in teams; can perform
requirements analysis & solution design
- Adept in Change/Incident/Problem/Escalation Management
- Can propose Solution Alternatives, provides Impact Analysis for Changes and drives
implementation
- Coordinates with offshore teams; manages Technical Operations with local teams
- Interfaces with customers, vendors and partners for issue resolution
- Can translate business objectives into projects and drives execution
- Defines and enforces standards; understands exception handling
- Builds delivery / operations processes
- Builds, mentors and develops a high performance operations team to meet the business
objectives

4) Certifications such as CISA, CISSP, ISO27001i, ITILF, CCSA are expected; PMP certification
is desired

5) 8 years of overall experience in IT Infrastructure Support (UNIX/Windows Servers) with at

least 2 years in performing health checks, patch implementations, corporate site audits etc.

Experience in Process Development for Service Delivery

6) Experience in Enterprise Management Tools & Remote Management Tools will be a plus.

7) High level ownership and ability to work with no supervision expected

8) Excellent oral and written communication skills; experience in technical documentation
