UNFAIR PRACTICES

This is to draw you attention to certain observations by the Management regarding the
activities of few employees of the organization.

Discussing trade secrets and official matters of the company with people outside the
company is against the code of conduct of the company.

It is pertinent to mention that, all employees of the company have signed “Policy
statement of conflict of interest” and “Policy statement on confidential information”
during your joining formalities. Relevant paragraphs are appended below:

Para 3 of Policy statement on conflict of interest - . Trade Secrets of Others. Employees

shall not disclose to Infovista/Alphavista/Medvista group companies or use, or cause the
company to use, any proprietary information or trade secrets belonging to others without
the express authorization of such other person or entity. Before beginning employment
with Infovista /Alphavista/Medvista group companies, each employee is expected to
return all property and confidential information belonging to all prior employers, and no
such property or information is to be brought by the employee to the company.

Para 1 Policy on confidential Information - Treatment of Confidential Information. At all times

during and after employment, each Employee must keep confidential and not use any confidential
Information for any purpose not within the course and scope of the employee's assigned duties at the
company. No employee may use, publish, disclose or otherwise disseminate Confidential Information to
third parties without the prior written approval of an authorized officer of the company. Employee agrees
not to make copies of any Confidential Information except as authorized by the Company.

All employees are requested to abide by the code of conduct of the Company. Strict
actions will be taken against employees as when any breach of such regulations are
noticed.
