Pakir Jainulabdeen Abdul Kalam,
specialized in Aero Engineering from
Madras Institute of Technology.He initially
Biography:Dr.Abdul kalam Azad
worked in DRDO in 1958 and then joined
ISRO in 1963. Dr. Kalam has made
significant contribution to Indian satellite
and launch vehicles of ISRO and also in the missile programme of
DRDO. As project Director, SLV-III, he contributed for the design,
development and management of India’s first indigenous Satellite
Launch Vehicle (SLV-III) to inject Rohini satellite in the near earth
orbit. He was responsible for the evolution of ISRO’s launch
vehicles programme and configurations. He rejoined DRDO in 1982
and conceived the Integrated Guided Missile Development
Programme (IGMDP) for indigenous missiles.
He was Scientific Adviser to Defence Minister and
Secretary, Department of Defence Research & Development from
July 1992 to December 1999.
As Chairman, Technology Information, Forecasting
and Assessment Council (TIFAC), he generated the Technology
Vision 2020 documents – a road map for transforming India from
Developing India to Developed India. He provided overall guidance to
a number of Homegrown Technology Projects and major technology

Dr. Kalam has served as the Principal Scientific Advisor to the
Government of India, in the rank of Cabinet Minister, from November
1999 to November 2001. He was primarily responsible for evolving
policies, strategies and missions for generation of innovations and
support systems for multiple applications. Also, generating science
and technology task in strategic, economic and social sectors in
partnership with Government departments, institutions and industry.
Dr. Kalam was also the Chairman, Ex-officio, of the Scientific
Advisory Committee to the Cabinet (SAC-C).
Dr. Kalam took up academic pursuit as Professor, Technology &
Societal Transformation at Anna University, Chennai and involved in
teaching and research tasks. Above all he is on his mission to ignite
the young minds for national development by meeting high school
students across the country.
Dr. Kalam was conferred with the Degree of Doctor of Science
(D.Sc. Honoris Causa) by 30 universities/academic institutions. He is
recipient of several awards including the Indira Gandhi Award for
National Integration 1997.
Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam has been awarded Padma Bhushan in
1981, Padma Vibhushan in 1990 and BHARAT RATNA in 1997.

Beloved is a 1987 Pulitzer Prize winning novel by Nobel laureate
Toni Morrison. The novel is loosely based on the life and legal case
of the slave Margaret Garner, about whom Morrison later wrote in
the opera Margaret Garner (2005). The Book's Epigraph says:
"Sixty Million and more." Morrison is referring to the estimated
number of slaves who died in the slave trade. More specifically,
she is referring to the Middle Passage.
In 1998 the novel was adapted into a film of the
same name starring Oprah Winfrey.
A survey of eminent authors and critics conducted
by The New York Times found Beloved the best
work of American fiction of the past 25 years; it
garnered 15 of 125 votes, finishing ahead of Don
DeLillo's Underworld (11 votes), Cormac
McCarthy's Blood Meridian (8) and John Updike's
Rabbit series (8).[1] The results appeared in The
New York Times Book Review on May 21, 2006.

Mascot of rolls Royce and a love
story
Spirit of ecstasy. The model of a very beautiful lady. It can
be seen on the radiator of Rolls Royce from 1911. The
world's most famous mascot. There is a beautiful love story .
behind this mascot.
The heroine of the story is Eleanor
Velaseko Thornton. a very beautiful, intelligent lady
dwelling in the early part of the 20th century. She was the
secretary of John Walter Edward Scott Monteg, a person
belonging to the higher class of the British society. After his
father's death in 1905 he got the title of lord Monteg of biliu It got its name because its founders got started by applying patches

much, I miss my parents who are still living there. While saying that, tears

should be pretty easy to understand.
All the warnings from the punk rock 101 courses
over the years, since my first introduction to the,
shall we say, ethics involved with independence
and the embracement of your community has
proven to be very true. I haven't felt the excitement
of listening to as well as creating music along with
reading and writing for too many years now. I feel
guity beyond words about these things.
For example when we're back stage and the lights
go out and the manic roar of the crowds begins., it
doesn't affect me the way in which it did for
Freddie Mercury, who seemed to love, relish in the
the love and adoration from the crowd which is
something I totally admire and envy. The fact is, I
can't fool you, any one of you. It simply isn't fair to
you or me. The worst crime I can think of would be
to rip people off by faking it and pretending as if
I'm having 100% fun. Sometimes I feel as if I
should have a punch-in time clock before I walk
out on stage. I've tried everything within my power
to appreciate it (and I do,God, believe me I do, but
it's not enough). I appreciate the fact that I and we
have affected and entertained a lot of people. It
must be one of those narcissists who only
appreciate things when they're gone. I'm too
sensitive. I need to be slightly numb in order to
regain the enthusiasms I once had as a child.
On our last 3 tours, I've had a much better
appreciation for all the people I've known
personally, and as fans of our music, but I still
can't get over the frustration, the guilt and
empathy I have for everyone. There's good in all of
us and I think I simply love people too much, so
much that it makes me feel too fucking sad. The
sad little, sensitive, unappreciative, Pisces,
Jesus man. Why don't you just enjoy it? I
don't know!
I have a goddess of a wife who sweats
ambition and empathy and a daughter who
reminds me too much of what i used to be,
full of love and joy, kissing every person she
meets because everyone is good and will do
her no harm. And that terrifies me to the
point to where I can barely function. I can't
stand the thought of Frances becoming the
miserable, self-destructive, death rocker
that I've become.
I have it good, very good, and I'm grateful,
but since the age of seven, I've become
hateful towards all humans in general. Only
because it seems so easy for people to get
along that have empathy. Only because I
love and feel sorry for people too much I
guess.
Thank you all from the pit of my burning,
nauseous stomach for your letters and
concern during the past years. I'm too much
of an erratic, moody baby! I don't have the
passion anymore, and so remember, it's
better to burn out than to fade away.
