LONG TERM LEASE CONTRACT NO: 323

1. This Contract is made and entered on the day 15th March 2020

BETWEEN

TRANS GULF CAR RENTAL Co. W.L.L,

P.O. BOX: 5483, MANAMA, KINGDOM OF BAHRAIN, hereinafter called (the "Lessor").

AND

JASMI'S CORPORATION WLL, BUILDING 1023, ROAD 3621, SEEF DISTRICT,

Kingdom of Bahrain, Referred to hereinafter as (the "Lessee")

Whereas:
The Lessor hereby agrees to lease cars to Lessee in accordance with the terms defined herein and the
details and prices furnished in the schedule(s) appended.

2-Schedules:

The schedule(s) appended or subsequent schedules that comprised the data concerning the leased car(s)
will from an integral part of this agreement.

~ 3- General:

The Leased vehicles will remain the property of the Lessor at all time during the contract period and the
Lessor shall ensure that all permits certificates insurance policies in respect of the vehicles as required
under the applicable laws, rules and regulations are valid and subsisting at all times during the term of the·
contract and shall indemnify and keep the Lessee indemnified against breach of any statutory
requirements pertaining to the vehicles or representations to the ownership of the vehicle. Also the Lessor c

shall ensure the timely payment of all taxes, insurance premium and any other statutory levy or duty
pertaining to the leased vehicles during the contract period.

The lease rate mentioned is in contract is subject to 5% VAT to be added. Any other taxes which may be
applied/implemented by the Government of Kingdom of Bahrain in future at any time during the validity
of this lease agreement or any extension to this lease agreement which is agreed upon.

13 - Conflict Cases:

This contract shall be subject to the applicable laws procedures and rules of the Kingdom of
Bahrain Conflicts or disputes that may arise between the concerned parties of this contract and
all relative deals shall be referred to the courts, Ministry of justice and Islamic Affairs; Kingdom
of Bahrain for settlement and the lessee hereby consents to the exclusive jurisdiction of the
courts for the purpose of final determination of any dispute arising hereunder. !
