APPOINTMENT
The First Party hereby appoints the Promoter, on a non-exclusive basis, to promote and market
the unit (s) to Lessees (s) at price set by the First Party and Promoter accepts the terms and
conditions set in this Agreement
COMMISSION
In consideration of the renting promotions and marketing service that will be provided by the
promoter in respect of the Units(s), the First Party agrees to pay commission of such rated
unit(s) to the promoter at a rate presented in the table below. The commission earned by the
Promoter pursuant to this Agreement shall be payable within Sixty (60) working days by the
First Party after receiving signed rental agreement and after the second month rent and security
deposit are in-cashed.

GENERAL CLAUSES
1) The term of this agreement shall be Six (6) months which commences on 17/07/2023 and
ends on 16/01/2024. This Agreement shall automatically be terminated without any notice
upon either expiry of the period or payments of the commission to the promoter or if all units
have been leased whichever comes later.
2) The existence of this Agreement and the contents herein are confidential and may not be
disclosed to any third party without the First Party prior written consent.
3) This Agreement may be terminated at any time without any reason by the First Party upon
providing three (3) days written notice to the Promoter.
4) Nothing in this Agreement shall operate to create partnership or joint venture of any kind
between the parties.
5) This Agreement shall be governed and constructed in accordance with the laws of the State
of Qatar.
