SUB: VEHICLE RENTAL AGREEMENT DATE: 15/05/2023

This agreement made and entered into between SWIFT LIGER TRANSPORT & GENERAL CONTRACTING-SOLE
PROPRIETORSHIP L.L.C of P. O. Box 13232, Abu Dhabi, UAE and NORTH POLE GENERAL CONTRACTING L.L.C of Abu
Dhabi, UAE on 18/05/2023 for Renting Articulated Truck and 3 ton Fork Lift with Driver without Fuel and which will
contain the following Terms & Conditions.

1. NORTH POLE GENERAL CONTRACTING L.L.C is renting Articulated Truck and 3 ton Fork Lift with Driver without
Fuel for which the details given below from SWIFT LIGER TRANSPORT & GENERAL CONTRACTING-SOLE
PROPRIETORSHIP L.L.C on a Monthly Rental Basis to use for their official purposes.

2. The Vehicle details are as below:

a. Type of Vehicle : Articulated Truck and 3 ton Fork Lift with Driver without Fuel
b. Model : Subject to Availability

3. NORTH POLE GENERAL CONTRACTING L.L.C rented the vehicle from SWIFT LIGER TRANSPORT & GENERAL
CONTRACTING-SOLE PROPRIETORSHIP L.L.C.
4. With Driver without fuel : NORTH POLE GENERAL CONTRACTING L.L.C hereby agreed to pay a sum of
AED.39000.00 Per Month, without Mobilization Charges AED 6600.00 This agreement serves as a contract
between NORTH POLE GENERAL CONTRACTING L.L.C and SWIFT LIGER TRANSPORT & GENERAL CONTRACTING-
SOLE PROPRIETORSHIP L.L.C regarding your participation in our "Transport Service" for a period of Monthly
Rental.
5. The term of this agreement will be for Monthly Rental from the date of this agreement and unless otherwise
terminated.
6. The Client NORTH POLE GENERAL CONTRACTING L.L.C agrees to provide a written notice of cancellation or
termination of services to the SWIFT LIGER TRANSPORT & GENERAL CONTRACTING-SOLE PROPRIETORSHIP L.L.C
promptly. In the event of a termination, the SWIFT LIGER TRANSPORT & GENERAL CONTRACTING-SOLE
PROPRIETORSHIP L.L.C reserves the right to back charge 10% of the total amount of the one month invoice if the
Client NORTH POLE GENERAL CONTRACTING L.L.C terminates the contract before the end of the term or violates
any terms of the agreement.

7. It is the responsibility of NORTH POLE GENERAL CONTRACTING L.L.C to provide driver's accommodation and
transportation.

8. Vehicle Maintenance In SWIFT LIGER TRANSPORT & GENERAL CONTRACTING-SOLE PROPRIETORSHIP L.L.C Scope.

9. Any delay while loading & unloading from customer end, waiting charges will be applied accordingly.

10. Proper space is required at the loading & unloading points (Areas).
11. Do not use the machine/vehicle without diesel/petrol, as if it will get Air lock than customer will be liable to pay
1,000 AED as penalty in case of that machine/vehicle hired without operator.

12. Do not use the machine in the sand. If machine gets stuck in the sand, customer is liable to remove OR need to
pay the removal charges.

13. Getting all permissions (Parking, RTA, Dubai Municipality, any Govt. &Non-Govt. Authorities etc.) are the
responsibility of the NORTH POLE GENERAL CONTRACTING L.L.C. (Any Fine due to working at site without
permission, SWIFT LIGER TRANSPORT & GENERAL CONTRACTING-SOLE PROPRIETORSHIP L.L.C is not responsible
to pay any fine).
14. Any Road permission required NORTH POLE GENERAL CONTRACTING L.L.C. need to apply.

Payment Terms:

1. The Client NORTH POLE GENERAL CONTRACTING L.L.C agrees to pay all amounts due for the services provided by
the SWIFT LIGER TRANSPORT & GENERAL CONTRACTING-SOLE PROPRIETORSHIP L.L.C in a timely manner. In the
event of any delay or default in payment, the Client will incur additional costs or charges as expressed in the
SWIFT LIGER TRANSPORT & GENERAL CONTRACTING-SOLE PROPRIETORSHIP L.L.C policies and procedures.
2. Security cheque with the value of AED.45, 600.00 required every month and it will be return back to NORTH
POLE GENERAL CONTRACTING L.L.C upon releasing payments on every month within 7 days after submission of
actual invoice or without any date single cheque value of AED.45,600.00 required SWIFT LIGER TRANSPORT &
GENERAL CONTRACTING-SOLE PROPRIETORSHIP L.L.C it will keep it as a every month security purpose until end
of the contract.
3. Total amount of Invoice payment + including Govt. 5% VAT must be made within 7 days after submission of
actual invoice.
4. Any Non-Compliance in Payment Term from the NORTH POLE GENERAL CONTRACTING L.L.C then, SWIFT LIGER
TRANSPORT & GENERAL CONTRACTING-SOLE PROPRIETORSHIP L.L.C will have the right to Back Charge (with 5 %
additional charges on TAX Invoice if required with intimation of written email will have the right to cancel this
agreement).

Confidentiality:

The Client agrees to keep all information concerning the SWIFT LIGER TRANSPORT & GENERAL CONTRACTING-
SOLE PROPRIETORSHIP L.L.C and its business practices confidential. The Client agrees not to disclose this
information to any third party unless required by law or necessary under this agreement.

Amendments:

This agreement may be amended or modified only by written agreement between the SWIFT LIGER TRANSPORT
& GENERAL CONTRACTING-SOLE PROPRIETORSHIP L.L.C and the NORTH POLE GENERAL CONTRACTING L.L.C.

Governing Law:

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the UAE in which the SWIFT
LIGER TRANSPORT & GENERAL CONTRACTING-SOLE PROPRIETORSHIP L.L.C is located.
 Entire Agreement:

This agreement represents the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations,
understandings, and representations, whether written or oral.

understandings, and representations, whether written or oral.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this agreement as of the date first written above.

Required Documents:

1. Company valid Trade License Colored (All Pages).

2. Colored Passport copy of the Signatory Authority
3. Copy of Documents showing authorized signatory.
4. VAT registration certificate.
5. Chamber of Commerce (If separately issued) / Power Of Attorney.
6. Lease Contract / LPO.
7. Exact Project Location and Site Engineer/Supervisor Contact Details.
