Why did you do an MBA?

With my Stint in Infosys, I observed that an organization requires strong leadership from the top level
management. I am a growth oriented person and MBA was just the gateway to reach this level. I wanted
to be a part of that leadership. MBA equipped me with all the management skills and leadership skill to
help me effect this transition from a technical person to a leader.
