FALL CONVOCATION

Location: Montclair Fire Headquarters

1 Pine Street, Montclair, NJ

We will collectively set our priorities for the 4th Ward for the coming year.

In addition to Priority Setting for the 2010-2011 year, the agenda will include:

 Ms. Jerry Woods and Ms. Ruth Wallsted the owners of the property at 400 Orange Road, (the
Wallwood Gardens Property located between the corners or Ward Place and Rosedale Ave. on
Orange Road), will join us in a discussion about their property and share their ideas about the
types of development that they may consider on that lot. They want to hear your thoughts and
ideas about what types of development you believe will enhance and revitalize this
neighborhood.

 Mr. Murphy, the owner of the vacant lot on Bloomfield Ave (between Mission and New Street)
will also join us to discuss some thoughts that he has regarding development on his lot. Your
input is important!

 The Final Agenda item for this meeting will involve a discussion about the proposed
Township Ordinance to limit Parking on portions of Pine Street to 2 hours.
A recommendation will be made to Council based on the input from the residents
who live in closest proximity to the area in question and the discussion, which we
will have at this meeting.

 “Open Forum." - Where you will have an opportunity to share suggestions and concerns.
