PAPER PRESENTATION

EVENT CO-ORDINATOR : Abhishek Singh (9840079060)

EVENT FORMAT:

 PRELIMINARY ROUND :

o Papers should be of the given format.


o Soft Copy of papers to be sent on or before 3-09-10 to
reboot.papyrus@gmail.com along with your details.
o Finalists will be intimated on 11-09-10 in the website and through mail.
o Finalist should submit their powerpoint/Flash slides to the event coordinators at
8:30 am on the day of symposium.

 FINAL ROUND :

o Each team has to present the paper.


o 10 mins for presenting and 5 mins for questioning

RULES:

Team Information:

o Maximum 2 per team.


o No restriction on number of teams from a college.

Paper Format:

1. Text must be in Times New Roman (or) Times Roman 12pts.


2. Headings Must be in Times New Roman (or) Times Roman 14pts with
boldface type.
3. Following Pages must start an inch from top and bottom margin must be 1-5/8
inches for A4 format.
4. Do not use double spacing.
5. Text must be justified.
6. Do not add extra blank lines between paragraphs.
7. Figures and table must be sans-serif font(12 pt).
8. Captilize only the first letter of the figure captions and captions must be below
the figures.
9. If Tables used,titles must be above the tables and must be centered.
10. While printing the paper in A4 suppose your last page is partially filled make
sure that you fill in completly utmost.
11. Numbering of pages must be in the format (1/10,2/10.. and so on)
12. References and bibiliographical information must be in 9pts,single spaced at
the end of your paper.

Timing:

 Each team would be given 10 +5min of which 5 min consists of question


session.
 No extra time will be given and the participants are requested to complete
their presentation with in the stipulated time.
