PROGRAMMING INSTRUCTIONS

PROGRAMMING
1. Turn the phone on by holding down the power key.
2. Once the phone has finished turning on, enter 111111 (six one’s) and press the Right Soft Key labeled “options.”
3. Scroll down to the “Service” section and press the OK key.
4. Scroll down to the “Programming” section and press the OK key.
5. When prompted, enter the security code of 000000 (six zero’s).
6. Scroll down to “NAM 1 Info” and press the OK key.
7. Scroll to MIN and press the OK Key.
8. Enter the customer’s new phone number and press the OK key.
9. Scroll to MDN and press the OK key.
10. Enter the customer’s new phone number.
11. Enter the system ID code for your market and press the OK key.
12. Scroll to “Home SID” and press the OK key.
13. Press the power key to exit the programming mode. The phone will reset itself.
14. Once the phone has finished resetting, dial *228, send. Use option 2 to update the phone’s roaming lists.
15. Place a test call to either your cellular phone or the store phone to ensure that the phone is working properly.
16. Repeat step 15, only reverse the order (call from the store phone / your cellular to the customer’s phone).
