Executive Order

To ALL To WHOM THESE PRESENTS MAY COME, GREETINGS:

WHEREAS, there are 137 Rotary Clubs in the State of Indiana that are
members of Rotary International and belong to 3 Rotary Districts,
namely, Districts 6540, 6560, and 6580; and

WHEREAS, these Rotary Clubs include over 7,700 Rotarians, whose motto is
"Service Above Self, and are committed to serving their
communities in significant ways throughout the year; and

WHEREAS, these Indiana Rotarians want to join together on one specific day
to dedicate their collective services to communities throughout
the State of Indiana;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, Mitchell E. Daniels, Jr., Governor of the State of Indiana, do

hereby proclaim October 2, 2010 as

INDIANA ROTARIANS SERVICE DAY

in the State of Indiana, and invite all citizens to duly note this
occasion.
