    This is a Supplemental Report to the previously issued two week look – ahead regarding
    upcoming construction activities at Atlantic Yards covering the period of September 27,
    2010 through October 10, 2010

    The following section has been modified to include new information:

    Staging Block 1129

    As specified in the attached Community Notice, commencing on Monday, March 8, 2010


    the portion of Pacific Street, between Carlton & Vanderbilt Avenue was permanently
    closed, permitting access only by local and emergency vehicles.

    Effective immediately, all non Atlantic Yards construction related pedestrian, bicycle and
    vehicular access will be prohibited. Access for Emergency Vehicles will be maintained.

    Residents and other individuals in the area wishing to get to points east or west of this
    area are advised to do so via Dean Street.
