Odysseyware Evening School Instructor, Site Director

September 21, 2010

Dear Guidance Counselor,

I have enclosed information regarding the Odysseyware Evening School Credit

Program at Princeton High School.

The Odysseyware Evening School Credit Program was developed to assist students in
credit recovery and accrual in a non-traditional school setting. Princeton High School
will provide a teacher to assist students, as well as monitor their progress. Students will
use computers to access the Odysseyware computer based programs under the
supervision of the teacher.

The program will be offered in Room 313 at Princeton High School on Monday,
Tuesday and Thursday, based on availability of computers. Princeton students and
students with senior status will be given first priority.

Because the courses are self-paced, students may complete as many credits as possible
during each 9 week period before having to pay again.

A student and their parent/caregiver must complete and sign a Princeton High School
Odysseyware Evening Credit Program Registration Form. This form must be signed by
their Home School Counselor, and/or Principal (last school they attended), and
parent/caregiver to be officially registered for a class. This registration form must state
the subject and amount of credit which the student needs to complete.

Sincerely yours,

Nancy M. Bortle
