Findings
• The most of the customer who visits to the store are of middle
class family.
• People usually visit the store once in a week i.e. in weekends.
• Majority of the customers expects to have food court and
gaming section in the mall, which can be leads to increase the
shopping duration.
• The store environment in Furniture Bazaar is satisfied to the
customer
• The main dissatisfaction for the customer is in the billing
section, which makes them to wait long.
• The Furniture Bazaar has no good parking area and
convenient public areas.
Conclusions

The paper presents a series of aspects of the retail store


environment, as a support element in brand building. The basic
role of the general atmosphere is to create a state of
acceptance, of appreciation by the customers, with the purpose
of obtaining recognition and sales boost.
