Response to Case Study

It is my dream to know, apply, and work in a district such as Richman School District. If

forded an opportunity of this caliber, being prepared is key. Having and wanting to stand out

from the rest, my willingness, determination, knowledge, and drive must shine through, thus

setting me apart from others. Below, I have prepared a series of questions and thoughts that will

be essential during my meeting with the panel.

 I am anxious and excited about leading a team.

 I lead by example.

 I am a true life long learner.

 I am committed to excellence.

 My motto is “We can! We will! We must make it happen!

 I believe that with the help of the teachers, parents, and the community, our
school will be successful, thus making the district successful.

 I believe in being firm, consistent, and fair.

 I am aware and will stay abreast of the trends in education.

 Those that I lead will stay abreast of the new trends in education.

 I promote 21st century teaching and learning.

 I understand that the school is both an organization as well as a political system.

 I am compassionate about educating children and producing future leaders.

 Students must have hands on experiences with learning.

 Workshops, trainings, classes, professional developments, and seeking higher

degrees will be encouraged and for the people that I lead- I will lead by example.
