Merrick & Company is providing design services for a


Combined Arms Collective Training Facility (CACTF) at Fort
Stewart, Georgia. The CACTF recreates a typical urban
environment. The facility consists of a 1.5 kilometer square
urban sprawl with approximately 20-26 training buildings,
roads and alleys, parking areas, underground sewers,
athletic field, operations storage building, range operations
center, latrine, covered mess, and an After Action Review
(AAR) facility. Buildings are arranged in a realistic urban
pattern. The CACTF represents an area consisting mainly
of residential, commercial, public institutional, high-density
residential, and light industrial buildings.

The Training Facilities Include:

 Two Single-Story Pre-Engineered Metal Warehouses

 Police Station with Jail
 Vehicle Service Station
