can see the complete interview. 1) On an interview, Mic said that in 2003 you met at his place to consider the option of working together again. what were the pros and cons you thought about? -We talked about three options: 1) put the band together and tour with only the old material. 2) put the band together, make new albums and tour. 3) not put the band together at all. Nobody wanted to go for no1 so it was either no2 or no3. As you know we ended up with making new albums and tour. The good thing is when you go to see us live you get the best of both the old and the new material. 2) Last look at eden is a very special album, we can find a delicious mixture of styles and feelings there. how did you choose each song and why?
- We only had 13 tunes and one of them didn’t fit the
album. 3) This has been an awesome tour. what are some relevant moments that you would like to share with us?
- You’re asking the wrong guy, my memory doesn’t
work properly. Sorry. But it’s always great to see a good crowd rockin’ out wherever we might be, and I know we can look forward to that in Chile. 4) You are thinking of recording a new album after the LLAE tour. Is it thought to be the same style as llae, as any former album or something totally different?
- The records just turn out the way they do. We
never know in advance. It’s magic ;) 5) Without considering the time, what is different about Europe 2010 from Europe 1991?
- We’ve become a little better as musicians. We have
even more fun these days. No record company owns our albums, we do. We have John Norum on guitar. We do whatever we feel like doing. We don’t party as much as we used to…OK then, no lying. We still do ;) 6) Chile inspired Joey Tempest to write “Sweet Love Child" during their visit in 1990; besides the fact that Chile is plenty of wonderful and magic landscapes. Have you considered to record a video in our country?
- We never considered recording a video in Chile but it
would be fantastic to do so. Hagenburg Kyrkogatan 31 411 08 Göteborg Sweden Thank you, Mic. And special thanks to Sofia Granstrom, who made it possible.
