1. The document discusses the properties of solids, liquids, and gases.
2. It states that solids, liquids, and gases all occupy space, but gases are unique in that they do not have a definite volume and can be compressed.
3. The document also compares how solids have a definite shape while liquids take the shape of their container.

1.1 Perform activities toshow that solid, liquid and gfases ( air) occupy space 1.1.1 Maesure space occupy by solid using approprittar device 1.1.2 Mreaasure space m occupies by liquid using approriate measuring deevice (g dropper with A dropper for administering liquid calibration, feeding bottle with calibration , beaker, medicines, especially one for gruaduated cylinder dispensing medications into the eye. ----------------- Liquids are not compressible. Gases are compressible according to the equation pv=c, this is also called Boyles law. Liquids do not obey Boyles law and are therefore not compressible. Therefore liquids have a fixed volume.
1.2Show gas occupy space By definition solids have both 1.2.1 Observe taht slolid andliquid materils have weight and definite volume. definite volume 1.2.2 Observe that gas do not have definite volume 2. Compare solid , liquid ang gases ( air) in terms of their shape 2.1 Show taht solid materials have definite shape 2.2 Show tht liquid follow thes shape of teh container.
Investigate the effect of heat on objects
- Identify teh source of heat Heat sources can be external (from outside the spacecraft) or internal (from inside the spacecraft). External heat sources include: a. Sun b. Stove c. Wood d. fuel
