 INTRODUCTION
This case is all about success story of Andra Rush who was
very attentive in paying attention towards each &
everything which she listens from others.
She completed her business study and continued to work

as a nurse . one day his one of patient was describing about

his experience in transport business ,then she paid full
attention and thought of becoming Entrepreneur .
 she started this business by purchasing three trucks by

borrowing money from his family and maximizing out her

credit cards.
Her habbit takes her to path of success and she had a fleets

of 1,700 trucks ,which denotes her success story and

Entrepreneurship quality.
General competencies present in Andra Rush are as follows
Adapt quickly to new situation and requirement.

Keeps cool under pressure and can handle “bad news”.

Is positive, encouraging, and reasonably optimistic.

Demands honest Reporting and honest listening.

MENTOR FOR ANDRA RUSH
Mentoring is a personal relationship in which a more experienced
mentor acts as a guide, role model and sponsor of a less experienced
protégé.
 Mentors provide protégés with knowledge, advice challenge, counsel,

and support about career opportunities, organizational strategy and

policy, office politics.
Here, her Mohawk grandmother played a role of mentor or coach for

Andra Rush.
Her grandmother communicated her native spirit to her. She credits her
enormous strength.
She was helping her prevail.

She was communicating the native spirit to her.

She enabled her to overcome the isolation, historical prejudice, and

business environment.
She made her willingness to listen, to understand first, act directly and

honestly with integrity.

 LEARNING FROM OTHERS FAILURE:-

 When other nurses complained that there is no

proper treatment facility then she started
focusing on that and found that if she can
provide better service than she can have good
customer relationship and also can retain the
customers.
 she took a risk and started her own business
and by this experience she learned that by
customer feedback she can increase the process
of work very effective.
 Analysis
 After going through this case we have analysed that Andra Rush has the following
qualities which really helps her to become successful entrepreneur, these are as

 She believes in diverse work force.
 Native spirit.
 She was also providing certain educational programs to their employees for
improving their lives .
 She has also faced problem in starting trucking business because for a woman to do
this kind of business is very much difficult and and unaccepted by the society but
due to her above capabilities and hard work she has achieved what she has wanted
to.
 
 
 Conclusion
 The history of women in business is a long and diverse chapter in
the pages of history; filled with stories of success, perseverance
and unwavering resolve.

 And with regard to this case if any person wants to do something

or to achieve certain destination with strong determination than
no boundaries can stop that person to go forward just like
Andrew Rush, she was just a nurse previously but due to having
entrepreneurial and leadership abilities she has earned all the
things that she wanted to.

started off trying to save family businesses, but ended up growing
them far beyond their greatest expectations
