B. Review
Students will go to www.menti.com and use the code 3015 5338,
then they will input at least three people who can provide support in
our stressful situations.
C. Motivation
Showing a Picture
Students will use the same game code in the menti.com
Ask students;
1. What can you say about the picture?
2. How are these stressors affects you as a person?
D. Activity
-Identify the Behavior (positive response or negative response)
Students will proceed to Kahoot.it and they will identify if the given
picture illustrates the positive response or negative response to stress.
They will be given twenty (20) seconds each picture presentation.
E. Analysis
1. How do you find the activity?
2. What is the difficulty encountered?
3. What do you think is our topic for today?
F. Abstraction
1. Discuss the difference between healthful and unhealthful
strategies in coping with stress.
G. Application
Give your possible response to the following situations that makes you
stress.
IV. Evaluation
Identify if the statement is a Healthful or Unhealthful coping strategy
with stress.
1. After work, you exercise and clean the house as a way to help you
feel better so you can think about the situation more clearly.

3. What is your body’s reaction to these thoughts and pressures?
