Pancakes with jam

Ingredients:
150 g flour,
400-500 ml milk
1-2 eggs,
one spoon of rum or essence,
one spoon of oil,
a pinch of salt,
lemon peel,
jam

Preparation:
In a large bowl put yolks, oil, rum, salt, 50 ml milk, lemon peel (optional) and collide with spoon to
mix;
Then add flour, mix well and rub with a spoon until the composition has no lumps.
It thins with the rest of the milk, pouring little by little at first, mix well each time until homogenize
composition;
Milk can replace totally or partially by soda. Beat the white foam, then mix with the rest of the
composition.

*Everything takes about half an hour.
