101020-0807-01, Larceny, 15336 N. Old Statesville Road, R/P stated that ten pieces of steel valued at
$200.00 were taken from his property without his permission or authority. Suspect may be a short W/M with a
grey sweatshirt driving an older style black ford pickup w/gold trim. Report Filed.

101020-1306-01, Communicate Threats, 9801 Sam Furr Road, R/P stated he rode to Huntersville with three
unknown black males in a black Mercedes Benz, R/P said he was returning merchandise to Target for the three
subjects because he had a valid ID, R/P said that once he returned the items and received the gift card for the
value of the return, the three unknown black males threatened to beat him up if he did not give them the gift
card, R/P was then told to get out of the car. Report Filed.

101020-1328-01, Larceny, 11530 Beatties Ford Road (Hopewell High School), R/P Stated that he left his
cell phone in his book bag in an unlocked locker while he was in PE class, Victim’s cell phone was removed
from his book bag during this time. Item Taken: T-Mobile Sidekick Cell Phone valued at $200.00. Report Filed.

101020-1422-01, Communicate Threats, 401 Glendale Drive, R/P stated that a neighbor who lives on Ramah
Church Rd. just came to her residence and threat to burn down her house, this was the first time in six months
that she has seen the suspect.(Suspect has mental issues). Report Filed.
