My issue: something about fishes and the ocean

The first question is does fishes feel pain ?

..so does it hurt when you get a fish fishing rod …. Yes a new study suggests.
When you want to answer this question absolute philosophical. The answer is no, because
you can´t ask the fish. (you can but there won´t come an reply)
But a new study (from 2009) suggests: Yes they do.
They know that we, humans feel pain and have pain sensors almost everywhere in our body,
which in German called “Notzizeptoren”. This nerves are only active when there pain is.
The scientists discover this “Notzizeptoren” in the fish´s body.
But that´s no argument a fish feels some hurt.
We have two different types of pain the directly reaction for example when you touch a hot
cooker and you fast pull your hand back. This a reflex which access before you recognize it.
And the other one is when you have a headache and you really feel the pain.
The scientists hurt fishes by making the water hotter or give the fishes a substance into the
lips.
The fishes reacted with an abnormal behavior… so they scratched themselves on sea tang
and so on.
