brand names belongs to M/s/ M/s ZEOF BIOTECH .

2. That M/s ZEOF BIOTECH ..authorizing M/s. MAHADEV

PHARMACEUTICAL to apply for the grant of permission to
Manufacture the items under our brand name/ trade names.

3. That the following brand names/ trade marks does not resemble
with any manner whatsoever with the other registered trade names
in India.

1.PLASMESUNATE INJECTION ( Artesunate 60 mg)

4. That these brand names/ trade names belong to M/s ZEOF

BIOTECH .

5. That may above stated from para 1 to 4 are true and

correct to the best of my knowledge and believe nothing has
been concealed .

6. That M/s ZEOF BIOTECH through manufacture

will applying for permission of a product at one location will
withdraw from all accept at one
