A common belief many people have about weight loss is the belief that skipping breakfast and
eating less will help them lose weight. This is the farthest from the truth. When you skip
breakfast and reduce your calorie intake you are actually shifting your metabolism into starvation
mode. When your body goes into starvation mode it will store fat. Furthermore, when you skip
breakfast you are more inclined to eat the wrong kinds of foods later in the day causing your
blood sugar level to be on a roller coaster. This is not healthy and will contribute to your body
storing more fat.
If you are going to start your transformation to eating whole and healthy to lose weight fast and
stay slim, I highly suggest you educate yourself on which foods are healthy and which are not.
Too many foods out there touted as healthy are actually not healthy and by eating them you are
doing your body more harm than good.
