SHEPHERD’S PIE

Bahan –bahan | Ingredients

In Malay

(untuk 1 bekas aluminium segi empat, berukuran 9cm x 5cm)

4 sudu makan Daging cincang (digoreng)


2 sudu makan Sos tomato segera
3 biji Kentang, direbus
½ sudu makan Mentega
2 sudu makan Susu segar
1 sudu teh Serbuk Paprika
1 keping Keju cheddar, dirincik
1 sudu makan Keju Mozzarella, dirincik
Lada sulah dan garam secukup rasa

4 tbsp Minced beef (cooked)


2 tbsp Instant Tomato Sauce
3 biji Potato (boiled) 
½ tbsp Butter
2 tbsp Fresh milk
1 tsp Paprika Powder
1 slice Cheddar cheese (shredded)
1 tsp Mozzarella cheese (shredded) 
Sale & Pepper to taste
Cara-cara | Method

In Malay

Lecekkan kentang kedalam mangkuk. Kemudian campur garam dan lada hitam dan sedikit
mentega.
Letakkan sedikit susu kedalam adunan kentang.
Masukkan secubit paprika. 
Gaulkan daging cincang dan sos tomato segera ke dalam mangkuk yang berasing
Ambil bekas aluminium dan letakkan daging cincang sebagai lapisan pertama.
Kemudian lapiskan kentang diatas daging cincang itu.
Taburkan keju cheddar yang telah dirincik diatas.
Bakar didalam ketuhar sehingga keju cair.
Hidangkan semasa panas didalam bekas aluminium yang sama.

Mash the potatoes in a bowl then add salt, pepper and butter.
Add in milk into the potato mixture
Sprinkle a pinch of paprika
Mix beef and tomato sauce in a separate bowl
Take the aluminum container and put the first layer of beef
Put the second layer of potato evenly over the beef layer.
Sprinkle the top with shredded cheddar cheese
Bake the pie in the oven at a temperature of 180°C or until the cheese melts 
Serve warm
