 Using templates

To use the slides as part of an existing presentation:

• To insert the slides
• Go to Home> New Slide> Reuse slides> Browse file option
• Select and insert the slides (Right click on the slides list and Select All to insert all slides)
• Ensure you tick the Keep source formatting option
• Change the text to suit your presentation and insert your company logo

To use background / slide templates:

• Open the original file you downloaded
• Go to Office button> Save As option
• Save the file with a new name
• Insert your company logo in the master slide ( In View> Slide Master option)
• In the regular view, change the text to suit your presentation
• Duplicate any slide by right-clicking on the slide in Slides/Outline view and
selecting Duplicate option
• Delete the Using Templates and License Terms and Use slides from your
presentation
