Lawedan Roleplay Terms Of Service

This is a legal agreement between “you”, the user using any of our Services.

1. CHANGES TO THIS AGREEMENT

This agreement may be changed by Lawedan Labs by notifying you as provided on Section x.x
below; Changes to this agreement become effective twenty-four (24) hours after that notification.
You agree the new terms if you enter Lawedan Roleplay San Andreas Multiplayer Server or
Lawedan Labs San Andreas Multiplayer Test Server. A "TOS Update" is a change to this Terms.

2. ELIGIBILITY TO ENTER THIS AGREEMENT

2.1 Age Requirement

By accepting this Agreement you state that you are Eighteen (18) years old or older and that you
have the legal authority to enter this agreement.

2.2 Age Requirement for Teens

If "you" are 13 years old or younger you will have to send a e-mail to lsmpd@hotmail.com with
the steps provided by the Lawedan Teen Process.

3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

3.1 You agree to use an Account Name that is not Misleading, offensive or Infringing. You
are responsible for your activity related to your Account Name and you are responsible to
keep your password secure.

Your account name must have the format called "Roleplay Name", and must be as follows;
Firstname_Lastname, this information can be the real information or a created information.

You may not use any Celebrity Name or Known Name, you may not impersonate or use
another's person name. You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account. In
the event that fraud, Ilegallity or other conduct that violates this TOS are reported or discovered
(whether by you or someone else) that is related to your account, we may suspend, ban, kick or
terminate your account as described on Section x.x below;

When your account is created you must create a password, once you create that password you
have accepted this TOS. At the time you join our server you accept that:

(a) You have a legal license to play Grand Thef Auto: San Andreas (R) PC.
3.2 Use of Paid Aspects of the Service

Certain Aspects of the Service, including the usage of blocked areas and subscription to
"premium accounts"; are provided by a fee or other charges.
Theese fees or charges are provided by the Lawedan Fee Schedule. By paying you accept the
pricing, payment and billing posted on this Schedule. Lawedan Labs may add new features that
include paying or modify any price of any existing feature with no previous advice.

You Acknowledge that it is your responsability that your credit or debit cards are valid or
sufficient to this purposes. Lawedan Lab may exercise its suspension or termination rights as
provided in Section x.x in the event of any payment delinquency.

Lawedan Lab does not accept returns or provide refunds of products or services purchased from
Lawedan Lab.

4. LAWEDAN ROLEPLAY IS A VIRTUAL WORLD ROLEPLAYING GAME

4.1 Lawedan Roleplay is a virtual world Foleplaying Game service including the forums,
blog, website AND server.

"Account" means a file in our database that was created by a user.

"Roleplay" means playing a role and simulating real life.

"Content" means any works of authorship, creative works, graphics, images, textures, photos,
logos, sounds, music, video, audio, computer programs, applications, animations, gestures, text,
objects, primitives, scripts, and interactive features.

"Intellectual Property Rights" means copyrights, trademarks, service marks, trade dress, publicity
rights, database rights, patent rights, and other intellectual property rights or proprietary rights
recognized by law.

"Intellectual Property Rights" means copyrights, trademarks, service marks, trade dress, publicity
rights, database rights, patent rights, and other intellectual property rights or proprietary rights
recognized by law.

"In-World" means within the three-dimensional virtual world environment of San Andreas.

"User Content" means any Content that a user of the Service has uploaded, published, or
submitted to or through the Server, Websites, or other areas of the Service.
4.2 Lawedan Labs Rights Upon Change of any Aspect(s) of the service

Lawedan Labs has the right to change and/or eliminate any aspect(s), feature(s) or functionality
of the Service without notice. You acknowledge that your use of the Service is subject to this risk and
that you knowingly assume it and make your decisions to participate in the Service, contribute Content
and spend your money accordingly.

4.3 Lawedan Labs is the Service Provider

Lawedan Labs is the Service Provider that allows the user to Roleplay in a virtual enviroment and
Lawedan Labs only provides administrators to attempt top ut order within the server, Lawedan Labs
has NO LEGAL RESPONSABILITY on the Contents, Conducto or Actions that happen on our server.

The Admin Team is a team that helps the Roleplay Flow and to protect the users from frauds, it’s a elite
team of experienced users and is hand-picked. Lawedan Labs has no legal responsibility on any failure
from the Admin Team to enforce Security nor the users as “Admins”, it’s your responsabilty. You
may report users to our Public Relations.

Lawedan Labs has the right to delete and User Content with no previous notice. The Service may contain
links to or otherwise allow connections to third-party websites, servers, and online services or
environments that are not owned or controlled by Lawedan Labs.

4.4 Reports from Users

Intellectual Property infringement on the Service is a violation. The Admin Team will only inform
Lawedan Labs about reports and we will consider either Desactivation, Ban, Kick or Delete of any
Account.

5. VIRTUAL LAWEDAN DOLLARS

5.1 Lawedan Dollars are Virtual Tokens that represent money

Lawedan Dollars (L$) are our virtual Money. With Lawedan Dollars users may buy In-World Features.
When you Acquire a Lawedan Dollar, Lawedan Labs allows you to use, trade and/or transfer this
Lawedan Dollars with other users.

You Acknowledge that Lawedan Dollars (L$) are not real currency or financial instruments. Lawedan
Dollars (L$) can’t be used In Real Life actions but only In-World Features. Aswell only Lawedan Labs has
the right to trade Lawedan Dollars with American Dollars as declared on Section 3.2.

6. VIRTUAL LAND

Virtual Land is a In-World feature that allows user to own a three-dimensional space on our Virtual
World. In-World Extorsion, Theft or any other In-World Roleplay Action by other users are completely
legal and allowed by our Terms Of Use.
7. CONDUCT BY USER OF LAWEDAN ROLEPLAY

7.1 You accept some rules of conduct, including the community Standards including illegal or other
practices that Lawedan Labs deems harmful

You agree to read our Community Standards and/or Teen Community Standards.

7.2 You will not post or transmit prohibited content, including the content that is illegal, harassing
or violates any person’s right

You agree that you will not post:

(1) Post, display or transmit any content that violates the law, or the rights of any third party
including without limitation Intellectual Property Rights;
(2) Post, display or transmit any material that represent or is sex-related, but users can Roleplay
Marriage between Male and Female but not between Same Gender.
(3) Post, display or transmit Content that is harmful, threatening or harassing, defamatory, libelous,
false, inaccurate, misleading, or invades another person's privacy;
(4) Post, display or transmit Content that is obscene, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise
objectionable;
(5) Operate or profit from a "game of chance" In Second Life. For more information please see our
