Write an essay (700-900 words) about one of the following subjects:

1. Power

2. Courage

3. Freedom

4. Faith

The essay should contain your own thoughts on and experiences in relation to the subject, however you
must include 1 or 2 small (1-3 lines) quotations from another source (books, songs, the internet etc). You
must give your source for the quotation by using the footnote function in word. The note should always be
placed immediately after the quotation thus (see the footnote at the bottom of this document):

“Power is a measure of an entity's ability to control their environment, including the behaviour of other
entities”1

The reference should include enough information for the reader to be able to find the quote if he/she
looked for it. The reason for including the date when citing websites is that they can be revised or removed
at any time.

Remember to give your essay an appropriate title.
