ASAP Focus Methodology End User Training

1. Proposed End User Training approach:


1.1 Training and Change Management:

The Solution for Training was created specifically to support the content and rollout of the
[solution name].

The technical team will attend courses at one of the SAP training centers for topics including
Database Administration and Authorization Concepts.

Included in the methodology toolset are guides for the Training and Change Management
leads, a Change Management Communication and accelerators to help rollout of the training
program.

1.2 Goals of End User Training

Successful End User training is one of the success criteria for the project. The goal of End User training is to
give End User knowledge of the system and readiness to use it in their own working area.

1.5 End User Training Materials

Following materials will be used for End User training:


 Key User Training material (Powerpoint presentation of system functionality)
 Enduser documentation (Business Process Procedures)
 Exercises (Test scripts and scenarios)

Additionally End User can participate to SAP Standard Courses in selected areas.

1.6 End User Training Environment

End User training will be held in customer’s development or quality assurance environment.
